Our nurse practitioner is amazing and has been such a comfort to us as new parents. She takes the time to truly listen to all of our questions and concerns, never makes us feel rushed, and always makes us feel reassured and supported. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and families. We are so thankful to have found such an amazing pediatric team for our son!

I brought my daughter to see Dr. Lisa Nguyen Do because she’s not well. Dr. Do and her staff were super nice, knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter is up and running only two days later. And I think because the Dr. Nguyen gave her the right prescription and treatment.

They have nice staff and the times that I’ve needed to schedule a last minute appt because my kids are sick, they have been able to squeeze them in. Very thankful for that. The only think that I didn’t like was the mas didn’t let me held my 2 year old and instead had her lying down the bed. As a health care worker myself I understand but I also understand that is the parent preference depending on how confident they feel holding their kids down. My baby had a traumatizing experience and this was not very pleasant for her. They did an awesome job vaccinated them so I was very pleased with the service provided other than that.

The two ladies at the front desk are always in a great mood, friendly, and willing to help in any way they can. It’s scary going to kids appointments now a days because usually there’s a rude staff member or doctor or even person in the waiting room with you.
